We are now accepting applications for the 2010 Fall for Fairfax KidsFest. To apply, download the application listed below. Additional information regarding booth location, fees, electric, load-in and load-out procedures as well as exhibitor rules and regulations* are included in the application.

Exhibitors are responsible for the conduct and demeanor of their employees, agents and/or volunteers at the event. Exhibitors with displays and/or conduct that are deemed inappropriate will be required to leave the event immediately upon notification by an official representative of CFI, and will be barred from future CFI produced events.
FROSTIVAL - Exhibitor Application - Early Bird Special!
Celebrate Fairfax's newest event, the FROSTIVAL, has special early bird pricing now through October 4th, 2010 for exhibitors interested in participating in an exciting winter-themed family festival. FROSTIVAL is targeted to young families with elementary and pre-K aged children and in its first year had an attendance of more than 10,000 people.
Celebrate Fairfax's FROSTIVAL will include interactive rides, games, attractions, crafts, storytelling, musical performances, exhibits and vendors and will take place December 30th-January 2nd, 2011 at the Dulles Expo and Conference Center in Chantilly. Please note, for this event, exhibitors are required to have children or young families as their target demographic and/or offer an interactive activity for kids (at the exhibitor booth) that is related to the exhibitor's objective.
