Let the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services show you how Green Living is Quality Living.

Enjoy a fun-filled exhibit with activities and displays that illustrate what Fairfax County does on a daily basis to protect and preserve the Fairfax County environment and learn what you can do to help. Topics include trees, water quality, water reuse, green buildings, energy efficiency, rain barrels, recycling and more.

Document Shredding at Fall for Fairfax!
From 8 AM to 12 Noon on Saturday, September 29th, the Fairfax County Solid Waste Management Program will be sponsoring a secure document shredding event at Fall for Fairfax KidsFest.  Bring up to 5 medium-sized boxes of paper to be shredded and recycled at no cost!
